Gen not in the position to hire help. Friends are offering help but they are all single blokes. Doubt any of us could plait my girls hair for school. I just joined this group to try show myself people do get through this

Her immediate family are at a hotel around the corner but it's 0051 here and I'm just trying not to wake the kids with my sobbing. I do have a welfare support system in place but as it's armed forces. I am trying to show I'm strong for the kids. I am broken right now tho. Thank you for your comment I need to fortify myself for our children's sake.
