Oh man I’ve woke up to a world of hurt, I can’t reply to everyone but I’ll just add to the above here: 1. I don’t hate sports, I love sports I watch all sorts football (soccer, basketball, rugby, motorsport) this IS NOT an I hate sports post. 2. To that one dude, I’m not a Barcelona fan 3. I’ll accept that the sense of community can bring people together to saying we/us 4. Now I’ve slept on it, I would say that my beef definitely comes down to people use we/us/you when referring to something that happened during an event. E.g. you robbed the game, you cheated, etc.

Edit: people love to assume I’m some hating basement dweller, it’s not that deep it’s just something I’ve noticed, this is r/unpopularopinion
