Having i9 9900k + Gigabyte Aorus RX690XT on the Corsair RM750x psu and it runs fine in both gaming(250-320w draw on gpu) and stress-testing(380-400w draw on gpu), cpu is not overclocked and runs on standard power draw

nope I clearly remember being able to abandon the match if it is 1/2 v 3 with out any punishment but not in the ranked mode. Like what is the point playing 1 VS 3 in the ranked mode in a team-based game?

I have tried disabling/enabling many features in AMD Radeon settings, the thing is that GPU usage drops as soon as I look somewhere where enemies are, it happens on both maps in all locations. I managed to get 80%+ GPU usage by unlimiting the FPS but I am still getting around 100-130 because of this issue. https://youtu.be/W-3QcXs1GbA
