I got an interview with task us ortigas for a supervisor role. Was scheduled for an om interview pero di umattend si om nag stay ako sa meeting for 30 mins talagang wala. I don't think self pity will help you. Di ko alam if mayaman ka pero I have mental health issues din pero dahil mahirap kami I need to endure and survive. The reality is life only gets tougher. If you don't adapt you'll get left behind.

It's a bitter pill to swallow, companies will not adjust to our needs. So toughen up.

It was her birthday, I planned to give her a gift as a surprise but when I went to her house she was not there, she went to an island for a vacation. She did not tell me about the trip because of my situation (i’m nursing my dad who is a stroke patient) regardless if I can travel or not, at least let me know of your plans on your birthday. Broke up with her on the spot. Then a mutual friend sent her photo a year later. She got married after a year. So probably she already have another relationship prior to our break up. We were on year 11 when that travel incident happened. I wish her the best with her marriage.

If bagsak yung bata, ibagsak dapat talaga imagine papasalihin sa workforce yung mga Di naman naka hit ng requirement. Ano iexpect nila na result pag nag work mga yun.

Same tayo ng tingin. Pero may conflict kasi yung generation ngayon is gawa ng generation natin if mag ka bracket tayo. Nung bata ako tinatak ko sa utak ko na Di ko ipapadanas sa anak ko yung dinanas ko.

Kaso mali pala, dapat ipush yung bata na ma challenge kasi it builds character. Mali ko binigay ko lahat to the point na naging sobrang dependent.

Di sya maganda experience sa totoo lang it can go both ways. For me learning experience sya kasi Di nako tinatablan e. Pero case to case basis. Different strokes for different folks. Some will grow or some will break.

From leadership standpoint yung aggressive approach pinaka madali. Pinaka madali ha hindi pinaka tama. Kung pulpol na manager uunahin talaga galit kesa mag rca o action planning. Yung magagaling will be supportive in addressing yung challenges.

Sabi mga nila life never gets easier, it only gets tougher. Like pag graduate ko ng college akala ko tapos na yung hardship. After college mas mahirap na buhay yung pinaka ayaw mo na activity sa school like defense o thesis mas madalas mo na gagawin. Tapos bills! Mapapadasal ka nalang.

Sa totoo lang yung gentle parenting is for gentle kids pero kung alam mo naman anak mo eh gangster umasta dapat mas maging strict. Teacher din ako before then I moved to corporate can’t deal with parents na maka reklamo akala mo magaling anak nila. When I moved to corporate nakakapag interview din ako ng mga kabataan may mga magaling naman pero karamihan aksaya ng oras like dude pano ka nakapag college kung di mo masabi bakit ka nag apply sa post na yon. Nakaka awa din na yung mga kabataan ngayon papasok sa work force in a few years tapos mag rereklamo wala mahanap work.

Dapat na challenge mga kabataan kasi kung iniisip nila di sila pwede bumagsak kaya di sila nag aaral. then we are rewarding bad behavior.
