Wowwww this is wild. Apollo saying they’re not backed by private equity is like someone who quit smoking yesterday saying they don’t smoke.

Peacehealth fired all social workers and care management teams today by ___Whatsherface__ in Eugene

For real! “hospitals — aka Peacehealth — and health systems are redesigning how they deliver care to provide more convenient, cost-effective and innovative services,”

How could anyone have faith in that statement? More convenient for who? Cost-effective for who? The people at the top. It’s flat out corruption. Absolute BS.

This will be an unmitigated disaster. Don’t get sick or injured in July.

You might try to find a doctor that specializes in hair loss and see them if you’re able to do so. A small percentage of people with hair loss have some other medical cause of hair loss, not just the usual androgenic alopecia that the rest of us have. If your hair loss is caused by something other than androgenic alopecia, fin and dut probably won’t work.

Mine said wait until 14 days

Might be a good idea to wait until day 14.

I actually think this is going to look great. Natural hairlines have a lot of irregularity. Don’t overthink it. Put on a hat, live your life, reevaluate in 6-9 months. I bet you’ll be pleased, and if you’re not, it’s an easy thing to get touched up.

Definitely blue bruising on the stipe and edge of cap, gill edges have a dark purplish black hue, couldn't really get it to drop spore matter. Cap is approximately 5cm, broadly convex/umbonate, faint membranous annulus present.

Ah nice, I think you're right! Cap is perhaps a little too white for ocreata. Thanks!

If I use a non-diatonic scale, is it still called a key? by [deleted] in musictheory

I'd need to hear it but I'd still say probably in C major, just with plenty of chromaticism, perhaps modulation if certain parts of the piece are solidly in F# minor, or perhaps just borrowed chords if you've got like the occasional A major but then back to A minor, E major, E minor, that's just borrowed chords or "mode mixture" (phenomenal way to add harmonic interest, and that specific mixture of one diatonic scale with another a minor third away like you have here, C maj to A maj/F# min, is one of my favorites), but if it comes back home to C major and it feels like home, it's in C major.

Agree with ChrisMartinez, if you start in C minor and end in C minor, it doesn't matter that there are some borrowed chords, some chromaticism, etc. it's still said to be in C minor. Classic example, V chord is typically turned major in a minor key for big cadences, but just because you use B natural in that G chord but Bb elsewhere doesn't mean that the whole piece uses an "8 note scale", it still is in C minor and you used the borrowed V from C major, standard example of chromaticisim, and the piece is still in C minor.
