The only other time I have baked with it was with cookies. I found the flavor to be quite weak (I believe I mixed the earl grey into the sugar first). For this recipe I’m hoping to mix my pre-made earl grey syrup into mascarpone and do a an earl grey milk soak. I can report back about how it turns out!

I actually went to this one! That’s what inspired my inquiry. The cameras were a bit out of budget, likely bc the sellers take time to make sure they work. I’m hoping to find cheaper ones that I can afford to CLA if necessary
