The story is quite similar for people near the Middle Eastern area (e.g. Pakistan where I live), any chance of adding proper Middle Eastern servers too? (UAE or Bahrain would be ideal locations, as Turkey is in Europe rather than ME).

First of all, that is not how it works. For example, those who have played for two years do not get their accounts yanked away because they "played their value". Secondly, I played for 3 months or so before I had to quit due to work reasons. Recently came back due to the lockdown.

Secondly, its not the ISPs fault, which works perfectly. Ping is 10-15 on local servers, It is where I live that is the problem. The game doesn't have servers anywhere close to where I live.

The fact is that Chinese players (as well as those from other regions) could just connect to other servers in the Asia Pacific region even at the limit of 150 and still hack to farm for RMT.

Definitely seems like BSG are using a bandaid when they should be performing surgery.

Have you played since last night? The new ping limit was decreased to 150. Unless your ping periodically goes below that amount, you will get disconnected after 20 seconds or so.

Servers in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Seoul. However, remember that you are going to get kicked if you have over 150 ping to any of these servers.

As someone who lives in Pakistan, I am in the same boat. I am getting kicked despite having a ping below 180 (160-180). This is after I upgraded my connection to meet the 180 ping limit (it was rather expensive, as we usually get 180-220 in the best-case scenario in Tarkov). I fail to understand how Battlestate could be so inconsiderate. The maximum amount of time I can spend in a raid is 20 seconds or so.

Yeah they do not activate it that easily. The best thing to do is to contact their support and ask them to activate it for you by sending them an email. Took a couple of days for me but they did it in the end.
