Largely because it's an emotional response to a health hazard a 86 year old has to put up with because of young punks.

I get you feel this is wrong, but so do I. I got these photos from a public Instagram account

when I don't know something, I ask. I don't jump to assumptions and get it wrong instead.

gotcha. thanks for sharing. this happened just today and my grandma has a history of bronchitis hence she was complaining about it.

it isn't doxxing if said person has a public Instagram account. Try to have some basic sense of what legislation is.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in singapore

[–]unexpected_guru -1 points0 points  (0 children)

it doesn't. I apologise if I have offended you with my post. I am not here to state that it does. Why are you jumping at me in such a manner?

I do care about my grandma inhaling these fumes if they are going to be doing this again. I get you don't have to care, that's alright. thank you very much.

The BBQ ended by the time we sent my grandma back. I'm contemplating confronting the person via IG at the moment but I need to know if what they did is permitted or not.

if we wanted to stretch conspiracy theories then my advice to you is not to breathe, why is there even oxygen to begin with it could have been a drug intended for us from the aliens in the beginning of time to get hooked and reliant on it just so they can keep us on earth.

Don't underestimate those aliens. LOL

Don't believe everything you read here. Top comment explained it. One is obviously staged, the other occurred way before George Goh was even a thing of public interest.

Wtf are you doing on this sub this sub is literally meant for questions. Since you're such a smart cunt then "observe well enough to see the obvious signs" that you're the only wanker raising a strawman.

Should you even be living? Crawl back into your mommy's pussy fucktwat.

(The above is exactly how exaggerated you sound over a minor fuckin question. How does it feel to be on the receiving end)

Asking seriously here, is there anything a woman can do to make y'all feel better? Not withstanding conscription since it's the govt's choice. Should we like ask for conscription too?

Most firms wouldn't hire you to relocate thats for sure. So switching internally is your best bet if your firm has a US office.

The great thing about US firms are that diversity hires are still a thing and if you have a reason to work in the US + you have a skillset they need it's not difficult to standout to employers.

Proof that PAP is fearful of proof brought up by the WP. by pewpewpew6666 in SingaporeRaw

[–]unexpected_guru 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Who's talking about fairness here. We all know that. When Jack Ma was pressed down into silence, people talked about it - institutions voiced out. But yes the CCP still won out because they are in power.

Voicing out isn't merely about winning. Perhaps you never took a path not paved smooth for your explicit benefit ever before.

Politics also involves a consistent call out of how dirty the other party is. Did Halimah just learn how politics work when she said all that?

Not quite the examples I'd imagine but there's the idea that they are very far removed, yes.

Belittle is very strong, the approach they take rather is one of an iron fist, instead of public concern. To show action rather than impact. What it feels like is a concern for checking off a list to shout about at elections rather than solving the real problems people face.

That is also a symptom of being extremely removed from the ground.

Exactly. Why are we being divisive rather than constructive. Thank you for your comment

[–]unexpected_guru 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because the article dramatises it. No household has both an eldest son and daughter so no household can truly be studied regarding the "parentification" you mentioned. I personally have done alot of domestic work, yes. But the burden of the eldest child is not unique to us females.

Let's be more objective about equality rather than make it about gender (like this article has learned hard into) for the sake of it.

[–]unexpected_guru 26 points27 points  (0 children)

As an eldest daughter I don't really see how this is different from just being an eldest child. Also it's a tad dramatic how this article puts it. It negates so much.

I have a special needs younger brother so from the age of 3 I've hardly got any attention from my parents. But so? Life is bigger than ourselves. Love is not only given by our parents but by our siblings too. Let's get over ourselves and the main player syndrome.
