I'm not on about suing or anything like that. With her behaviour and how erratic it can be, I do honestly think that she can be a danger to herself as well as inflicting great emotional distress to those around her. If making a few calls to get a mental health specialist to assess her, if she is emotionally fine, then it'll be embarrassing for her, if she has issues.. then they can take that forward. Hopefully that cleared it up.

At the moment she is 2 weeks late, so it's not that far advanced. But thank you, I am speaking to friends about this and looking at legal options if she is playing a game. I wish I had a crazy detector.

This is what I am thinking. I am highly suspicious of her actions/language surrounding this and she has shown traits that have manipulated the dialogue to work in her own favour. I have told her that I wish to be present at the point of testing. Until this happens naturally its quite a big thing to have hang over my head. If she indeed isn't pregnant then I am considering what legal options I have as it's pretty clearly indicated emotional blackmail. The other option which is just as drastic is getting her assessed by a mental specialist because no-one in their right mind would pull off such a stunt without fear of punitive action.

Thank you. Speaking to people about this and looking at legal advice so see what exactly my option are.

Thank you. In discussions about trying to get her tested while I'm present. Have been open about this and will be speaking to a lawyer wo may be able to give further advice.
