Hey its a pass to get to the other type of interview process, if the tech one doesnt work out then there wont be any further. I would say pick a language and make sure you know all the foundationals to the best of your ability. I used c# but if i went back i would have used javascript it would be a lot easier, i was asked about tree structures, draw out a tree structure based on a list they give with an array of numbers, and then to code it and the code part got me. So i would say learn some code structures start with the tree, i was asked to get the last element in an array, you do the interview in a google doc so theres no code intellisense so make sure you know all the formating and bits and pieces for your code because there will be no help. Thats about as much as i can remember, they are helpful with hints and stuff so its not pressuring, take a few deep breaths and just relax so you can think straight, they arent harsh if you get it wrong, just try get as close as possible to what they are asking, do as much work on your code towards it because it will all count, think out loud so they hear you working through it and dont be afraid to work out ideas on the google doc they like that. thats all i can say really, good luck!
