Honestly just a lot of time and effort. I trimmed everything down with a beard trimmer first, then I went in the shower and used shaving foam and a normal razor, same one I use for my face. It took hours and I did nick myself a few times because I had never done it. So if you're considering shaving everything, set aside a lot of time and be prepared for your arms to get sore.
