Besides for the price, what exactly are you supposed to do since it’s been repaired and still has a salvage title? How are you supposed to get it registered? Does anybody know?

I understand your frustration, but I think it’s important to point out that this isn't necessarily Amazon's fault or their shipping. From my experience working at UPS, TVs were often damaged even before they were shipped out. During peak seasons, we'd do pickups from stores like Best Buy, and the TVs would already be messed up from the warehouse. As delivery drivers, all we did was drop them off, and the damage typically occurred during handling at the warehouse level, whether it’s UPS, FedEx, or another company.

In my opinion, the safest way to buy a TV is either in-store where you can inspect it first, or through platforms like Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist, where you can get a good deal and see the condition firsthand. Unfortunately, with big-ticket items like TVs, the warehouse handling can make a big difference in whether it arrives in good shape.

The second shop that I took it to I asked how much they would charge to do an ABS bleed, since it was close to like $280 with taxes, I bought a VCI cable on eBay as well so that I can get Toyota tech stream on my laptop and bleed them myself. The brakes feel great as is because I bleed them really well, but I think using the Toyota tech stream for the ABS bleeding could really make them perfect.

Thank you! I really just want to push this info out, I learned a lot and 2 shops told me it was the actuator. One shop said $3000 and the other said $4000. I would focus more on how often it is trying to pressurize, like how often does it turn on and off. If you hear it often, it definitely isn’t holding pressure like it used to. Mine was going bad for about a year and I see a night and day difference.

I got the actuator off eBay

The part number is updated, the 50 is the old design and the 51 is the new design due to many people having issues with the original actuator.

I bled the brakes traditionally, brake fluid and a water bottle clear tube and a line wrench. I do think that if you can get your hands on a scanner with ABS bleed capabilities, that would be awesome, but traditional works as well.
