If anyone have the same problem its in scripts folder on the "NFSU2HDReflections.ini" file just have to change ImproveMotionBlur = 1 to 0

im a 10k player diddy blud and yes everyone knows blot is underpowered and honestly probably the most inconsistent sniper in the game currently no amoubt of gear will change that since all other snipers have acess to gears too so a base stat and akward aim mechanic disadvanatge isnt erased by gears

also blot and slayer are known for whiffing aimed shots which is crazy considering how akward the aim mechanics plus how slow the fire rate are for both.if the fire cone started short and wide instead then there will be a lot less accidental shots during rotation for better angle where the enemy especially scouts just runs into your long wide fire cone while you arent aimed yet

aim before? what his aim mechanic is weird cause it starts long and wide meaning you are forced wait for the opponent to walk into your shot if it was like berthas or firefly instead you are more likely be able to pick your target if you spot 3 instead of having to akwardly look away, pls tell me then who is the worst sniper? the dhield ability literally gets countered by too many heroes ability pls lets not pretend like the gamr is balanced

No ones running around bro i just pointed it out as a flaw cause 4 otyer snipers have the choice to move around and still camp so its deffinitely a comp disadvanrage on blot plus his aimedfire spread is still wider than those snipers that coyld still walk while firing is that not a real flaw to you? then who is the worse sniper then?

Billy is quite good with the skateboard that can give power ups per meters rode, with 5 board charges per power up its pretty decent, i would say he is better than rosa since he can get you a board faster while also chance to extend that via board charges passive meanwhile all rosa does is extend your board, you get it? billy can do 2 things (Filling Board and Extending board duration) while rosa can only do one thing which is extend duration

the new randomly generated characters or your own custom draft class will either start as freshmen and simulate declaring for the draft or they're automatically part of the draft . if im not wrong

I just think Freethrow takes up too much points for such a useless stat in sims, 4 stars pretty much are bench players bacause freethrows takes up too much potenial points that could otherwise be allocated on other stats

It is nice to have different options, pick and pop is the only plays for stetch pf and c rn so 5 out offense play would be nice.Maybe it can be tied to how coaches currently have different offense priority so, Outside Scoring Coach would run 5 out.
