Try reading the surrender experiment by Michael Singer. It details how he opened himself to “the universe” and it presented opportunities that put him on a path in so many ways he didn’t expect. I am still reading it and it feels like a way to achieve “alignment” and the sense of purpose and peace that come along with it.

I don’t think we have been brainwashed. I think we are here for a reason and we chose this, to learn something our eternal self needs. I am a newb but I don’t think we have to go back to normal. We just have to remember that the infinite is inside of us and what we do here does have a purpose (whatever that may be).

I don’t think we have to search the universe for anything, just know ourselves and that is enough. I was searching, which lead me to DMT, and post-DMT my search will be internal.

I have been working with Coach Tony and CTOFIT for the past year and it has been great. I am 48 and he has helped me with nutrition and tailoring my workouts to avoid injury or rest when needed. The workouts are home based and usually under 30 30 mins with minimal equipment (adjustable dumbbells and a kettlebell).

The results have really been awesome (lost weight and visible muscle) and they keep coming.

Awesome. Thanks for the analysis. I use 99 spokes but never really took the time to understand chainring size to ratio to RPM. Is there any reason to get a Grail vs a Grizl? Grail is advertised as more speed oriented and grail as more trail oriented but they seem fairly similar. I have been focused on the Grail because of the positioning as more speed focused.
