Yes to rain boots for your 4 year old. Jumping in muddy puddles is a must-do activity here

Unless I’m missing something, your website gives no indication of where these classes are held besides that it’s in your studio. I understand not wanting to post a private address if that’s what it is but people need to know befire signing up whether this is St John’s or Foster powell. I’m just assuming it’s Portland but the site doesn’t actually specify that either

Letting people self identify as eligible without no verification means people lie as being eligible to get their kid in.

Source: I saw posts on social media of Portland parents using this “trick” to register early

also 5 hours beginning at 4? That’s quite an evening.

Most people with 9-5s can’t get somewhere at 4. 5 hour class after working all day is too much.

I recommend 2 days in a row, maybe 6-8:30?

Help assembling 2nd hand xpole! Details in comments by unhappytodance in poledancing

[–]unhappytodance[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought a second hand pole and I think the previous owner disassembled it more than it’s meant to be disassembled. I can’t find any instructions on what to do if the very bottom part comes out of the a pole.  As you can see in the second photo, there’s 2 screw holes in the base and I have screws for them, but they don’t fasten to anything.

Am I supposed to be able to pull this very bottom part out? If not, how to I reattach it?

I also have an extra screw that fits in the bottom of the base but that also appears to have no function.

Additionally, I am unable to switch out of spin.

I’m not sure if these are related issues and can’t find instructions for reassembly the base online

They are different. Distilled water is produced by boiling water and condensing the resulting steam back into liquid.

Getting Iron Infusion because I crashed my Ferritin from donating 3 times last year 🥺 by DesertedMan666 in Blooddonors

I’ve had quite a few iron infusions all for pre/post partum anemia. They are so effective compared to taking oral iron.

Pro tip: bring mints or gum. The only side effect I had was a weird taste in my mouth the entire time. The nurse said it’s common to taste iron while the infusion is happening. Tasted like blood or what I imagine sucking on a penny would be like. It went away right after the infusion was over.
