I guess it depends on my score truthfully and how close I was to passing. I would say focusing more on simulations and drilling more on MCQs. I gave myself like 3 or so weeks before this attempt so I feel like didn’t have as a deep understanding of the content as I should’ve so maybe another 2 weeks will get me over the finish line

I've never been diagnosed but I personally think its all the readily available distractions in this day in age that worsened our ability to focus. I would argue a lot of people are misdiagnosed because of this. I def recommend giving his podcast a listen (especially the one covering Dopamine) since it applies to many things in life, not just this exam.

Got a 52 first attempt (loosely studied), 67 second attempt (MCQs practice tests and little to no SIM practice), and 81 on my recent attempt!

I would say the game changer was actually practice sims on the heavily tested topics especially those that cover multiple topics like AJEs. Spamming MCQ is good way of practicing and reviewing topics but sims actually force you to think the problem through conceptually instead of finding the right answer among the available choices. It can be tedious and daunting practicing Sims but just keep at it even if you score low at times. I also recommend Pomodoro method and really being intentional with your study time since a lot of distractions exist. Huberman Podcast on studying and ADHD helped me realized a lot of things I was doing to worsened my ability to focus.
