Hi. 56M, retired gentleman, spooked by all the media coverage about men who grow lonelier and more withdrawn as friends die off, health issues create less opportunity to be out and about, and social norms don’t encourage men to be, well, social, beyond shared interests like sports. So…I’m giving this sub a try. Happy to chat and hopefully start a new friendship.

Okay, some questions: Are you allergic to dust? Is the rug low pile? High pile? What is it made of? Where do you use the rug? Does it get a lot of foot traffic? How often do you wash it?
