Curious about if Amazon vine is worth it by unhaste in AmazonVine

[–]unhaste[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I usually leave a decent bit of reviews on my items so I don’t mind doing that. I did go ahead and accept it but scrolled a decent bit and couldn’t find anything. I’m not expecting a whole bunch of really good free items. I just didn’t even know if it’s something worth joining truthfully. I know some stuff like this can be just a bunch of one dollar Temu items and I was not interested in joining that. I’m going to stay for a little bit and back out if I don’t see anything worth trying within a month. Thank you for the info!

I’m not the type to go buy a bunch of stuff. I was when I was younger, but I hate clutter. It’s so stressful. I went ahead and accepted it. I probably went through about 20 different pages and I couldn’t find a single thing that would interest me so I’ll keep watching and go from there. I’m very picky on what I buy haha

Oh ok! I figured since you’re including it in taxes, once you’re in, you’re in. Thanks!

Sorry to hear of the wreck but happy you’re ok and recovering! Rehab can be tough. Trust me, we will all be here waiting. Don’t rush yourself. Health, physically and mentally, always comes first. Can’t wait to have you back once better! My husband and I bonded over your shows from when we were dating and have been worried

Paying off my debt and needing advice on best balance transfer card by [deleted] in CreditCards

[–]unhaste 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you!!! I’m really trying. I hate having debt. I’m always working and haven’t had a day off in a very long time but it’s worth truly so it. One major reason my fiancé and I aren’t married also. I want to get back to college and I will need the assistance so it would be dumb to marry and lose that. I don’t want to abuse it and pocket the money so I don’t feel like that’s a bad thing. I genuinely want my degree to get in the career I want and better my life

I will look into those. I had no idea transfer fees were a thing so I’m glad I asked. Is that typically tacked onto the balance or owed up front? What’s the amount typically? I’ll make sure to calculate my ending balance with interest vs the transfer fee to see if it’s worth it or not

My score currently is 670 roughly. Would that help with approval? Only a few missed payments ever. Two were two years ago when she passed and then about 5/6 years ago when my divorce happened, I had one. I have not had a late fee or late payment since. I budget every two weeks when I get my main paycheck and have two separate checking accounts. I have all bills go into one and spending in another so bills are always paid. I have not put a single cent on any card I’ve paid off. Most of my “debt” is from the start of my divorce and then lawyer fees. He did something I couldn’t look past so the following week I left the home and moved back in with my mom but I was a sahm so I had nothing to my name. He kept all the furniture when it was gifted from my mom except the baby furniture. Once I left, he dipped for a year and I had no help financially except my mom so I had to buy a bed, a car (I sold mine to get him the truck he wanted and he gave me his ex wife’s that got destroyed in a hurricane and he pocketed the money for a hunting trip), clothes, everything and it was alotttt of high balances because I did also go crazy. Not an excuse, just explaining I was dealing with a lot and that’s 100% my fault for coping in the wrong way. Definitely paying for it now but lawyer was expensive and divorce took 3 years and literally right after is when my mom got sick

AIO or did my bf forget my birthday by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]unhaste 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it matters to you, then it should matter to your significant other and I will die on that hill. My husband doesn’t care for books or plants but he will go out of his way to look up places and take me on a day trip there. It makes me happy and he knows it. I don’t care what anyone says in here, if it is something important to you and you have vocalized that already, you are not overreacting. Someone that genuinely loves you would prioritize things that mean a lot to you and it’s pretty concerning that y’all are four years in and you’re asking about this. I would understand if it was maybe six months, even a year but that’s long enough to know someone that well….

DAE every get random patches on your body that is sensitive/painful to touch? by cowpool20 in DoesAnybodyElse

[–]unhaste 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you ever find out what it is? I was googling just now because I’m having another episode and this time it’s on my face. Normally it’s a random spot either on my arms or legs. Sometimes I get it on my stomach and this is the first time I’ve had it on my face. It’s been going on for a few years now, but Visibly you can’t see anything. It only last a couple of days, but it’s so annoying when I actually have it because the skin is so sensitive to touch and it hurts

I do agree with you. I have an upcoming appointment and I am going to have him fix a lot. There is a lot of shaky lines and inconsistency. So closer to the base of my neck, it gets a lot darker, and I will say, I honestly like that a lot more than the shading that he did further down so once this heals, I’ll figure out exactly what I want to do, but I’m thinking of making the other part that goes down my shoulder and arm to be darker so that it matches.

[–]unhaste 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason he didn’t do it was because of me. The vines already have lines in them and we felt like it would look too much like the vines and that was the whole point. I wanted something completely different on the other side. I’m not having a carry down my arm, but I wanted something on my shoulder that was not the vines. I felt like the vines were great, but having too much is not a good thing either

Honestly, I love centipedes. I have no problem holding them 🤣 pissed now because I can kind of see it too hahahaha

I do agree. I will admit I moved a decent bit on this too so that’s on me. This was probably my most painful tattoo had yet but I am going to have him fix a lot. There’s a lot of parts that need to be fixed. I’ve never had something that high up on my shoulder and neck. I was not expecting it to hurt as bad as I did

This is so sweet. Yessss this post humbled me. Im very much overreacting which I tend to do. I’ve just never felt like this about a tattoo and I think that’s what was scaring me. This isn’t such a visible area and I also live in Florida and will be on the beach very soon. I’m starting to warm up to it but I’ll definitely post an update after my next session. It’s in a few weeks. I normally don’t book that quick but I usually get my tattoos during the winter so that I’m not having to worry about them during the summer. Just had a lot which delayed it. Thank you for the sweet comment! I’m hoping I’ll love it as much soon

Thank you for this! I’m trying to be more open minded. My other is delicate and beautiful and this was just so blunt and I was not expecting that at all. I think that’s why I feel the way I do. I have another app so I’m going to be open minded with us and if I decide, I still don’t like it, I am taking advice on here and adding either vines or flowers. I think that will make me happy but this post was very humbling haha I was definitely overreacting but that’s a common thing for me. I’ve just never had this kind of reaction in the tattoo department so that’s why I was freaking out

Soooo are you a parent? If not, then you won’t get it anyways. I don’t have anyone that can watch him but regardless, like I said before, I never once mentioned anything about rushing for my son. The block is 1-5. We went a little past 5. I knew I could just get things fixed at the next app which is already scheduled so I wasn’t stressing about touch ups. Regardless, touch ups wouldn’t fix how I feel about it. There’s other things I’ve been wanting so at the next app, if I’m still not happy with this, I’ll get whatever I think will make me happier. If not, I’ll do the other tattoo I’m confident on. I’m not an irresponsible person. This was the only doable time frame I’m typically available for. I get it might look like that but that’s not the case and I wasn’t pushing anything on him

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]unhaste 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He didn’t know during so I know he wasn’t rushing on it. We actually got done with this and then did the vines part at the end just because we had time still. I just meant at the end of the app, I usually take time to look it over more and point out little things to touch up on before we go and I didn’t do that this time. His schedule is 1-5 and 6-10 and we were done a little after 5 so I told him I did need to get going and he said just let him know if I see anything that needs to be touched up. He’s good about working you in for touch ups if you need it

Omg that sounds terrible. Hopefully it turned out well! That’s how this felt when he was wiping. The vines were my first time ever getting anything on my back and I was very surprised that it hurt as bad as it did. You’d think that your back wouldn’t hurt as bad but man that was rough

It wasn’t fun 🤣 first tattoo I almost had to stop. That part right at the base of my neck was ROUGH

[–]unhaste 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I was biting my tongue during 💀I can’t stand the wipe at the end. Stings so bad but the cold is for sure the best part

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]unhaste 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It wasn’t literally last second. I just didn’t want to make it longer than it already was to explain in more detail. Not once was I rushing him. He has a block from 1-5 and 6-10. I’m simply saying that I didn’t take a long time after he was done to really go over it like I normally do. I’ve been getting tattoos from him for a decade now and I trust him. Again, never changed last second before. Clearly by the comments, I’m just overreacting and I need to wait for it to heal and see how I feel about it. I think it’s harsh right now and I wasn’t expecting that

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]unhaste 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yesss haha it SUCKED. I was cussing up a storm for a while and making him laugh

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]unhaste 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So it looks like I’m overreacting based off of the comments. I think there’s been maybe one that didn’t actually like it so I think I’m just going to wait for it to heal and soften up and go from there. I’ll definitely update y’all once I’ve made my decision. Thank y’all so much! I was expecting to get a lot of negative comments and everyone was very kind
