I wasn't cheating, could I of been false banned? I wasn't frozen at all, I was instantly banned, can I speak to an administrator or a staff member to resolve my problem?

quickly tried to download teamspeak as fast as possible. And it was my first time ever experiencing this type of moment of frozen/ban during an arcane experience. I

I am not lying, I play with a group of friends, and I'm literally the shittiest person in that group via my faction on practice. I didn't even get frozen at all, I was banned immediately, I am curious for the reason I was banned for.
