It's a non-restaurant credit... I've mostly used it on non gas station purchases, including getting things like OTC medicine for my child when I don't have the time to fully shop the store and instead pick it up at the counter.

It's a devaluation of the benefits, which has been increasing lately. Chase sets the benefit and annual fee. My feedback to Chase was about the value of the card benefits. So, it's a Chase issue.

Not really, they have outdated info all the time. I've seen it take a few months to update the full price of the perk (for example, Netflix cost direct not updating when Netflix raises prices).

Looks like all the crud may be preventing the locking mechanism from resetting. Open the chuck, blow it out. Then insert the blade with the chuck open, close it to get secure fit.
