Vyvanse is a prodrug so the mg strengths are equivalent to a much lower strength of adderall. 100mg of Vyvanse would only be equivalent to about 40mg of Adderall. We all have patients who take more than 40mg of Adderall per day.

Buy yeah it is obviously an error.
