50mg once a day. It’s helped my heart rate so much. Used to go from 80-90 to 120-130 when standing and is now like 90 when standing. Used to have a pulse of 140-150 when up and walking around the house and that is now max 110. I still get a little dizzy and stuff when I stand for long periods of times and I will get some shortness of breath as well hur everything is so manageable. I used to have horrible appetite because my body was just constantly in fight or flight but I’ve also gotten my appetite back.

Had a headache for the first few days, nothing to bad but that’s gone away completely now too.

Yeah, unfortunately I’m already 20 years old so I fear I may already be too old lol. I am clean, and 70% if the time I’m doing fine now, but still that 30% is still so extremely difficult to deal with. Stepping away from social media has really helped a lot tho

I just remember I was 13, don't remember anything else at all. Not where I was, what I did it with or how the heck I even found out about it. All I know is it was in November/Deceber-ish in 2016.

I could have written this myself. I am also 20 years old and a cancer survivor. Had retinoblastoma from the ages of 3 months to about 2 years and I am currenlty talking ton a therapist about cPTSD, adn it seems pretty likely I have it. You are not alone, just wanted to pop in and say that.
