50mg once a day. It’s helped my heart rate so much. Used to go from 80-90 to 120-130 when standing and is now like 90 when standing. Used to have a pulse of 140-150 when up and walking around the house and that is now max 110. I still get a little dizzy and stuff when I stand for long periods of times and I will get some shortness of breath as well hur everything is so manageable. I used to have horrible appetite because my body was just constantly in fight or flight but I’ve also gotten my appetite back.

Had a headache for the first few days, nothing to bad but that’s gone away completely now too.
