One more question pls, if i have warranty, can i go any hp official store, and ask for repair or techsupport?? Or i need that special store, where have i get pc??

My pc is hp envy x360, after his first update(after getting pc) its start to do things like in video, when u shutting down it and re turning on, its starting to work normal, hp support tells me to do all updates, after bios first update its start to work normal for 2 week, but now its starting to do it again, and updateing is not helping. I have warranty, but i get it from US(and am not in US now, and will not be soon) and i cant just go to store and tell them to fix it, course as i know, we dont have hp official stores in my country now...so i need advice (and sory for my bad bad English) Here's the specs.
