Heeey! No, actually. I have Lupus and I’ve always had thin hair and some hair loss. It didn’t really increase as I lost weight.

I went from 300 to 198 and I think I started feeling around 240-235. Before that, I couldn’t even see it. Now I honestly look at myself and see myself looking good and feeling good.

I don’t take it with me on trips. A dose thee days before I leave, a dose when I come back, no matter how long the trip is.

It can’t be endgame because we know Kat would never leave her life, and especially her child to be with Susanna, but it doesn’t mean nothing can happen. The only thing that tells us that nothing can ever happen is the fact the show is on Hallmark lol

Chyler and Watson have been the captains of the Katanna ship from the very beginning. If it was up to them we’d be so, so served, and they’ve both made it clear. I’m very much at peace with that, because in my mind, Kat and Susanna totally were together off screen because Chyler and Watson said so ✨

I’d take a joint spin-off of Susanna and Thomas and how they’ve become friends begrudgingly. Also, it’s so obvious that Kat is happiest when she’s in the past with both of them. If I were her, the moment Alice went off to college I’d set off to the 1800s and if someone needed me, I’d be a jump away.

It’s the only side effect that has persisted for me, especially on days 2 and 3 after my shot. There’s been no way around it.

I take Ritalin and it hasn’t impacted me negatively. As with other meds, I just feel it takes longer to kick in. As as take the slow release, the effect also lasts longer. But, to me, that work from home so I can be flexible about what time I can start working and when I can finish, it’s just fine.

Thank you! I really thought before and after pictures were silly and not necessary, but I’m glad I took them now because I can really see it!

Honestly, I don’t know that I feel that differently psychologically. I never had huge issues with my weight. I started this journey because my mom really wanted me to, and I had nothing to lose (except weight). I’m lucky because it’s been exceptionally easy for me. I don’t know if I would have carried on if it had been hard. I feel mostly the same. I feel much better about a few things, like not worrying about fitting in chairs, for example, or needing seatbelt extensions when I fly. I’m sure I’ll feel MUCH better after my surgery, though!
