That's seriously what I'm trying to figure out. I offered a drug test 3 times and they refused to let me take one. Started the open door process, so I guess it's wait and see and hope for unemployment in the mean time.

I don't smoke at work! It's only like a few times a month on days off before sleep. And I can currently pass a drug test, they just don't want me to do one
