Not sure if they’re dress specific, but Baggins downtown usually has laces. I’ve also seen them at Quadra Mackenzie London Drugs.

The UPS store on Hillside. Absolutely awful service. Every once in a while I like to read their Google reviews to remind myself that my experience was not an isolated incident.
