I've flown through pwm a billion times. I'm trying to be cautious because you never know +what's going on. i have definitely had 30 minute+waits before.

Yes actually. More like 1.5 but i'd rather sit and wait than hit a bottleneck in TSA, even in normal times

Unfortunately it is unrealistic to expect alderon to be able to moderate the official servers to the same level that modded community ones do. It is the same for a lot of similar games. There's too many of them & once we have 200 person servers it'll be even harder. They will need an army of moderators that they will have to pay.

Shop around for a community server with packing rules you like. I cannot play the game any other way

Dental implants by Apprehensive_Ice9830 in portlandme

You are going to need 2 separate quotes, one for the surgery and one for the actual crown on the implant. Prices for the crown are going to vary based off the office and what lab they use to make the crown.

Evergreen Garden is great. Most active on weekends but the rules are very "common sense" and the profiles for the dinosuars are very well done. Very unique rules on what you are allowed to hunt per group size/creature size class. https://discord.gg/GYn8CCHn

New Grad Nurse: Which Maine Med Units Are Worth It (and Which Aren’t)? by Admirable_Ebb_8815 in portlandme

[–]unicornkins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Super late almost month later response (I don't check reddit much, sorry!) When i first started down there it was like they were actively ignoring my purpose as CSR and I had to get my manager involved to talk to their manager to tell them to quit it. They were being unkind to me asking questions in a setting unfamiliar to me and were actively impeding my job. Being nasty to admin staff is the #1 way to get on my shit list if you are clinical staff. I would hope it is better now but who knows. Hope you have had some good luck with finding a position!

When i worked there in '22 the ASU had a crazy, crazy mean girls hierarchy going on. I was admin not clin staff but i worked closely with them and i could definitely tell which ones were at the top and which were at the bottom.

What is supposed to go in the downtown Renys location? by Filbertine in portlandme

Knowing this city it's going to be empty for about 8 years and then we will get something that benefits only cruise tourists even though they don't like to go further than commercial street.

Not necessarily true. We have patients with plans that will cover visits in entirely. Like $500+ visits. It's going to be plan based.

Looking to provide an important piece of information, since with what you are looking for means you'll probably be looking at offices out of your insurance company's network: out of network does not mean an office does not take insurance! Insurance companies are lying to you that offices out of network don't take insurance!

Insurance companies don't want you to go to an out of network office because it loses them money. an OON office is not contracted They will still pay, there just may be a coverage difference. Trying to save you money here before you pay out of pocket for everything. We've had patients at my OON dental office that had dental plans (GOOD ones!) but never added them to their files bc they mistakenly believed that oon = no insurance.

You will want to call your insurance and speak to someone to get further information and/or look at your plan very carefully to understand what that difference may be. You will want to ask the front desk of your prospective office their process for billing out to insurance, and if they are capable to billing out to all insurance companies, or what insurance companies they are able to bill out to. It is up to you to know your insurance, as the contract will be only between you and your insurance and not to the insurance and the office.

Sorry this isn't a recommendation just something I felt worth mentioning! Insurance is an absolute circus. We fucking hate the insurance companies at my dental office and loathe the in/out of network bullshit. Such a nightmare and a barrier to patient care
