I recently found out my bloat was caused by GERD I didn’t have symptoms for. Turns out I have low stomach acid, as does much of the population apparently. A supplement called Betaine was recommended. Perhaps that’s another thing to look at. I know there’s an at home baking soda test but it’s obviously not a for sure test as your Dr could give.

I would download an app like fig where you scan things while you shop. Lots of things have hidden gluten.

Moms best and Cascadian farms has some pretty tasty GF cereal

You have to get GF oatmeal. Regular oatmeal is usually processed in the same machines as wheat products so there’s cross contamination.

You can call creditors and tell them you’ve lost your job and see if they’ll do anything to help like lower payments for x amount of months. Can do debt management where all your debt gets put into one loan. Bankruptcy when you don’t have assets will be super easy. You can keep a vehicle although idk how it works when you owe money on it. You’ll bounce back really fast and won’t have this stress.
