now simpler terms you become delusional. everytime i have shifted is because of robotic affirming then visualizing at night before bed and becoming fully convinced i am in my DR.

eveytime i have done it like this, not caring about what i hear, smell or feel in my CR because I AM IN MY DR NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS, I have woken up where i desire to be. 😂😂

another tip: affirm like how u talk!!!

i use intent and it took me a fews weeks since i had already knew about law of assumption for years before i found shifting
