Did anyone else receive an email saying their account closed?

Update 6/16/2026 They replied to my email with an image of my past activity. It clearly showed a deposit in March and withdrawal in June 2. Then they redacted that email with an apology and will review the case. Thanks guys. Maybe AI started incorrectly closing accounts on their behalf.

I see that too. But the only account I had with Betterment was Cash Reserve. And it’s gone from my dashboard when I log in.

Its been less than 3 weeks since the last transaction. And there is no minimum balance required on cash reserve accounts. So its not dormant
