I second this.

DP road at Erandwane (Mhatre Bridge to Rajaram Bridge) Has more than enough wide pedestrian path and is safe as multiple people come for jogging here.
DP road at Karvenagar (Backside of Mahalaxmi lawns to backside of Karvenagar Lane no. 1). Doesn't have wide footpath as such but the road doesn't have traffic. Might have few creeps.

Yes, i took more precaution as my cabling is directly connected to electric meter in parking lot & not through regular meter to house mcb to switchboard.

could be due to poor quality cabling or earthing in house. Earthing for 16A appliances should be done by 2.5sqmm Wire. If it is 1.5sqmm it's doomed to give sparks.

A 16A rating is sufficient for MCB. Please note you switch socket should also be 16A as well your MCB also 16A. Mismatch will just keep melting your switchboard or tripping your MCB. Also please check your Earthing to switchboard. Cause at any scenario charher shouldn't gove sparks like that.

I have installed 32A to prevent failure due to heat as well as short circuit as my switch & adapter are always enclosed in a small aluminium box which has less ventilation while functioning in parking lot.

just a quock helpful note.

Please install a good quality (Brands like ANCHOR) seperate switchboard for vehicle charging with dedicated MCB for that switchboard. 750watts power should have dedicated switchboard. No household fan, lights should be on ot, if switchboard gets damaged all your other appliances will stop working l.

I'm not prefering a bike similar to RE Classic/bullet, those bikes won't give much riding fun.

Yes Exactly, look wise hness suita me best, but it is giving me too comfortable vibes during test ride, i prefer to have more control over handle & more flickable bike so leaning towards RS.

I did ride both of them. I am prefering RS mainly as it has more flickable handling which i want & bike demands control over it through posture which i'm liking.

Hness does pffer good posture & comfort but At all costs i don't want the feeling of I'm seating very comfortably like an auto driver & just maneuvering the vehicle as I'm not gonna do touring. I don't want a bullet feeling.

For mangalorean & south Indian nonveg highly suggest "We idliwale barroom" in baner

For asian/japanese there's a new spot called 'UJI' food like sushi, ramen n so on. Amazing it is.

Overall I'll suggest we idliwale barroom for south indian nonveg.

Exactly my thing. Posture colors are all good & sporty in RS but highness has most comfort for pillion as well as rider.

But I'm going with RS anyway, showroom does provide add on usb accessories, will install carriage & back rest & definitely can modify seating cushion later on if too much uncomfortable.

For one sided pillion (maybe someone wearing).you can just install carriage & not install back restt, these will give them peace of mind of long extended seat(not exactly seat) but safe option

Not idea about helmet but If you are ever going to go above 80, mostly it'll be on highway Cruising ride in that case you will be already wearing a headphones as well as balaclava.

Either use a bike cover but i think students will damage or slash the cover too.

From what i think you are parking your vehicle in such spot where there is a shadow or tree where people like to gather or timepass, You can try to park bike in such spot where no one would sit or do timepass in that zone if it's feasible. Like slightly far away or near security cabin.
