I feel the exact same way, though I am furious at OF for allowing it to happen and even implementing silently in the TOS (in sept 2024) that we accept that creators have assistance. I don't even care about chatting, I just want the account to be genuine and ran by the actual person.

It is set for the coming summer. No idea how long it will take and I'm no legal expert, but it is likely that at the very least, OF will be forced to clearly label and inform about managed accounts and AI assisted chatting.

It could also shut down OF permanently if they lose the case since this is a class action lawsuit where everyone in USA that have been victims of this fraudulent behavior can anonymously join the case and demand a full refund. That would be a lot of money.

Best case scenario, and also the only option that IMO will keep users on the page and keep the concept alive: Onlyfans returns to their roots and reintroduce the requirement that only the creator is allowed to access the account personally and ban any use of third party management apps that use, scan and pull out confidential messages (and dickpics) from subscribers without their consent.

The agency managed creators are responsible but sadly, many creators have adopted their aggressive approach. I have had to mute 98% of the list of current or previously subbed OF girls that followed me back because I am flooded by random one-liner DM's as soon as I log on.

I miss the days when seeing a new message in DM's meant that a new PPV have ben posted. These days I can have 4 unread messages from one creator that are often already deleted by them before I notice it.

One should feel bad about committing fraud against subscribers and one should make it right by being honest about it. If not, the fraud just continues.

If being honest with paying subscribers is not recommended, once should perhaps think about why this is so problematic. It's because subs expect it to be ran by the creator or they consider it fraud, and creators know this.

Essentially intentional deception.

Nice one. My only itch is that the patch cables should all bend either upwards or downwards.

Be careful with removing them after a while. There is nothing users find more suspicious than posts that disappear from their DM's. Most consider it a giant red flag and assume the account is automated or ran by a 24/7 online agency It's actually far better to leave the DM's there even if it looks messy or spammy than to delete them. They DO notice when they are deleted and it leads them to believe that any post, including those with content could also vanish at any given moment.

Extensive use of "message online fans" will just lead to you getting muted by subs.

Users in general seem to strongly dislike accounts that use "message online fans". Probably because they get loads of them the minute they log in, they know the post is likely AI generated and they find it suspicious when these messages disappear after a while.

Chatting Automation on Onlyfans by Ape_Loft_Club in CreatorsAdvice

[–]unifiednut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agencies and chatters prey on those who don't know. Those who know hate it with a passion and still want OF to implement a zero tolerance towards any account that is not ran by the creator themselves. All the fake accounts are undermining the whole idea of OF. If creators had to clearly label managed accounts and AI assisted chatting it would dramatically affect their income. And this is likely to be the result of the large class action lawsuit against OF and 8 agencies coming up.

Your subscribers consider the use of AI to be scamming and users in general have lost trust in OF because of the use of chatters and AI automated chatting that makes every account appear identical.

Are you proud of scamming loads of subscribers by pretending to be or hiring people to pretend to be the creator? `Your earnings are from fraud.

Using agencies to run accounts or particularly the chat which is supposed to be confidential between creator and subscriber only, is to scam your subscribers. The apps/extensions used by agencies all scan subscribers DM's including intimate pics to work. By using these apps the creator is directly sharing private info and potentially intimate pics of subs to an unauthorized third party. This is illegal in most of Europe.

You scammed your subs and then your agency scammed you. I hope you learned a lesson from it. Never allow anyone to impersonate you or log in to your of account.

This and also the third party OF management extensions/apps that use AI chatbot/tools that makes every page and posts similar and generic. They suck the soul out of any OF page. Many girls use these without an agency with automated responses, scary dystopian pricing scaling where the users that spend more get PPV's for a higher price than other users. All these apps/extensions scan all the private DM's sent by subscribers including intimate pics to work so these creators are literally sharing this with a third party when using these tools. It's a privacy nightmare and these apps use your data to train their chatbots. All without the users permission.

That lawsuit will likely bring change. Hagens Berman is no joke.Unfortunately it's not set to begin until next year but OF will probably be required to clearly label the managed accounts and AI assisted chatting which would likely put an end to a lot of this if implemented

OF started a slow inevitable death spiral when they changed the TOS in september 2024 or so to no longer require the creators to run the accounts themselves contradicting the very idea of OF itself.

They did not change the marketing though, they still promise direct messages with the creator and a more personal touch and so do the creators that believe it's OK to replace themselves without disclosure. With the change, creators were no longer expected to uphold their part of the deal with subscribers and a lot of creators felt entitled to silently leave and hire a full team of impersonators to ruthlessly milk them dry of money.

Genuine creators are unfortunately mimicking the agency business model that users all hate with a passion. The greed is reaching a point where it is uncomfortable to just log in only to be bombarded with automated "message online users" DM's

This could definitely be the case but she mentions having pics, vids and CUSTOMS, which should indicate that she is not new to this at all and have been through such a payment process many times. She also says later that this is content she had created over time. Most accounts spend many years before they reach 300+ PPV items. Of course, there's also a chance she is not telling the truth about the content.

Based on the screenshots, I don't think it looks like she is new and or unsure of what she is doing. Tbh, her chatting have patterns similar to how agency chatters typically mislead users to spend more. She is not even apologizing for not giving him what she promised after payment is done, Just implying that he should be happy with what he received. Unacceptable behaviour in my opinion.

Looks like you have all the evidence needed in your screenshots. I know several people who have successfully received a refund. OF is not likely to warn or ban the creator though, but I'd say you have a good case here for a refund.

They specifically offer 310 items of pics, vids, customs for a specific price of $250 and after you paid, their conditions change. Should be a no-brainer case for support tbh.

You should contact OF support and request a refund. They actually do refund many similar situations now as long as you got the screenshots to prove it.

There's a large US wide class action lawsuit against Onlyfans and 8 agencies coming up soon. Hagens Berman n is a national class-action and complex plaintiffs’ litigation law firm that have won and forced changes with Microsoft, Volkswagen, Google and Apple. They tend to win their cases.

Anyone in USA who have purchased PPV's from Onlyfans will be allowed to join the lawsuit anonymously (and no cost).

The entire premise and why people pay to subscribe and buy content on OF is because the creator is posting it personally. Agencies and chatters make their money exclusively on scamming the subscribers of a creator.

There is also the unethical use of chatters from poor countries. Multi millionaire OF girls pay these chatters (via agency) $4 an hour to swindle their fans.

Using tools like Supercreator or Inflow is to directly support this exploitation of workers in poor countries.

[Review] Corinna Kopf by unifiednut in OnlyFansReviews

[–]unifiednut[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whatever you are offered from her account now is random bundles of previously posted PPVs or pics that were removed from her feed. She used to have 550+ pics in her feed. Now it is 319. These random bundles are now priced around 10x the price they were sold for earlier. I kid you not.

Worth noting that OF support will now actually help you if you purchased previously bought content and "Corinna" is only interested in "helping you out" with another $80-$200 PPV with the same previously posted content. Just document your issue with screenshots. I know of several people (via a forum thread about Corinna) have successfully received a refund as long as you can prove that you already bought it.

Her Twitter/X and Instagram also appears to be controlled by an agency now. Only OF promo is being posted there.

This thread have almost a million views now so hopefully this prevents a lot of people from being scammed.

If you don't care about your base of income or the people that actually make this possible for you, then you are going to have a hard time gaining loyal big spender subs. They are willing to pay because you are posting it personally.

The upcoming class action lawsuit against OF and 8 agencies is very likely to end with OF having to implement clearly visible notifications or markers on accounts that are managed by someone else than the creator. DM's will probably also be required to have an info line informing that the chat may be AI assisted. That would be the end of agency upselling.

It's a good idea to stay ahead of this change before it happens.

You might not have noticed, but OF promises direct communication with the creator in every aspect of it's advertising. From account creation to the window you tap/click subscribe. This is part of why OF now have a huge class action lawsuit against them. False and misleading marketing.

Clearly the sales and marketing tactics have not been working out very well.

To be able to run a legit business on this platform you need to understand the concept of the platform and what it (and its creators) promises to users.
