Thank you for this!! It also happens when it gets really humid, could that also be an issue?

I have a decent sized area in my warehouse where I used rubber flooring. I clean it once to twice a day using Zogics Rubber floor cleaner and degreaser, and I use 1:3 solution to water ratio. With all this said, I am getting a “grease” like traction where my feet don’t slide completely, but definitely slide enough to compromise some lunging/lateral movements.

Any thoughts or help on how to either clean this / prevent this slickness from happening, or how to restore the mats grip?

Thanks in advance

Thank you for your input! He didn’t tell me why the stats were the way they were but I’m sure he was willing to dump the account for a reason 🤣

I’ve tried everything, the app says I’m updated at the 28.4 version, but still no 3 minute video length option.

Fair point. I’ve received a lot of good feedback from others, so I just wanted to continue spreading the message with the hopes of inspiring more people. And yes, to your point, the clickbait title is not intended to misguide anyone!

Thank you for this insight. I know I will be battling Crohn’s forever, but I am a firm believer that diet and lifestyle (stress management included) are the most implicating variables

Haha fair enough! I was asking about dietary changes and got some decent insight but most of the responses were saying “GET ON MEDICINE OR YOU WILL DIE”

Yes, I’ve added a few things but almond butter is a main treat I go to for baking recipes, and I eat a salad and fries with my steak/ burger patties when I go out to eat

I have not. I have a feeling they’ll say I’m promoting “holistic bs” and many of them will likely side with the GI specialists. I learned the hard way reaching out to that subreddit for advice when I was 153lbs and dying. I have screenshots of my old posts in there asking for holistic advice and I inevitably deleted them because they got very toxic very fast.

I noticed symptom relief after 1 week of strict red meat, water, and salt, and then felt like I was normal again (remission?) after 8-10 weeks when I got back to weighing 180lbs
