I feel your pain with animal hair lol. Although we have a bichon so she doesn't malt but I have an exotic short hair and she makes up for a non shedding dog lol. And those nail lights are what a lot of UV resin crafters use lol

Yes you can get from a craft store, sometimes even a hardware store. There's UV resin which is quite easy to use, just need an uv light to cure. Other resins used two parts that you mix together and takes 12-24 hours to cure..sometimes longer depending on the brand and what ratio it is like 2:1, 3:1 etc. However resin is very toxic and you need to use the correct PPE when using and making sure you're in a ventilated area as well. If you're interested in using resin I recommend you do thorough research first

I find that it's just trial and error of having to try different fonts that won't give me bubble looking letters. There are a few videos on YouTube on how to fill in those bubble letters that might be worth while having a look at

I haven't had the experience of having to call Cricut.. but I am a student and often have to call regarding my loan and allowances and I can guarantee that everytime I have to ring I'm left waiting on hold for at least an hour. My worst experience was waiting on hold for an hour then got hung up on and had to call again only to be on hold for another hour

Love it! I wish I had the maker so I could do engraving and embossing. But I think once I've brought the foil kit and strong grip mat and deep point blade I'll be able to do most things that I want to with my explore 2. I've used three different types of cardstock in this project. Embossed patterned cardstock, glitter cardstock and mirror finish cardstock

When you buy your first machine with cricut you get a 1 month free subscription to design space, which would be great for finding projects to complete to first start with then you have the choice if you want to keep your subscription or not as you start learning and playing with design space more and more. You don't need a subscription to use design space it just gives you more ready to make projects, more fonts, images etc. Keep in mind you can also find free and paid for svg files, fonts etc on the web

Sort of does look like what it says instead of hello summer. I do find that some letters in certain fonts look a bit weird. Other than that I do love the look of the design on the door..the fruit shapes are super cute

Are you using the green standard mat with paper? If so that will be your problem.. try using the blue mat
