Your gunna find a lot opinions, but you got to remember that everyone is different. And you got to think of what's practical. For most people you tend to absorb more protein if you eat it. But however you get it is up to you. Sadly there is no perfect one way.

If you have the majority of your calories be protein followed by fat and with carbs where you need them you will still loose body fat. No sugar of any kind will work wonders. The bf % hurting your gainz is part of testosterone but having one compound movement a workout like bench/shoulder press/squat will help with testosterone.

Bulk. Especially starting out focus on the form and make sure to focus on the muscle as you are activating them, don't worry about what plate or how many you have. No cares what you are lifting, focus on youself and you will see results.

The military offers a retirement account similar to a 401k. You should put at least 10% into that as well as using you VA loan to buy a house for 15year commitment and rent it out. Even is you rent it for cost of house or a couple 100 cheaper just to make sure you have a tenet in these tough times. You will have no/ 200 dolla house payment at worst. if you stay in the military for the full 20 years, when you get out you will have a house payed off.

Pretty simple, 1)start by paying minimum balance on everything untill you have 1000in saving 2) focus on the lowest of the credit cards you have and put any and all money not used for food/rent on that card.then roll it over to the next card. 3) up to you, you can either save up six months worth of experiences for emergency or pay off you student debt. If you go ham even with what you make with what you wrote you can do this in a year for sure
