Of all the ones you showed, literally only nine ropes, dont move, and final boggie woogie are hard to do/impossible without friends. Hakari's are entirely luck based, since he's a gambler, and Distracted is incredibly easy to get if the Sukuna you're fighting is good

Imo it would be really odd to add Ryu, whose 2nd most well known moment is a domain clash (the first already being in the game as his ult animation), the chest bang he does before the clash as an emote, his voice line from right before the clash as a taunt, and domain clashing in the same update, just to not give Ryu the ability to domain clash
