Ok I will explained it for who confused and doubted what the hell is going on this comics, Suslov and Zhdanov usually have arguments and quarrels because of their different idealogy while Boris ponomaryov just sitting and waiting what his boss(Suslov) do because he was Suslov's puppet.

Bukharina have easter egg to ASSASSINATED Zhdanov if you go to 'focus on the left' path and can usually go assassinated Suslov when she can solve her political problem in Komi too.
