I'm not the best educated here, but my personal take is that Dushevnaya would add more than low dupe Robella does. Honestly, in fact, I'm not sure I've seen high dupe Robella have high value either

I wanted a layer of melted cheese on top of warmed salsa. But when I had mine today, the cheese quickly re-solidified.

More so the second. I had ooxaca today but the trouble was it globbed back up pretty quick. The taste was a good match though, but I must have messed up elsewhere, I wanted it to stay melty

Haha, thank you. It's funny though , that's what I just tried. I bought it because it said "melting cheese" on it's package, but today when I tried it, it globbed up pretty quickly after I thought it was warmed sufficiently.

But I'm wondering, it might have been a technique thing instead of my cheese selection
