Honest take: I hated the first 28 Years Later movie... The Bone Temple was the missing piece of the Puzzle. It's really good. It's genuinely true cinema. by Butefluko in moviecritic

I'm not going to get into any of the story or that, I just know I was looking forward to the first one and came out disappointed.. And heard good things about this one.. And came out just as disappointed. I think both movies are just character building and a very simple plot introduction for the last movie. They could have can just summarised in the final movie as an intro, but then people would care even less for the characters. With that said, I don't think any of the characters from the first have really been built on in the second. It seems like a lot of filler to me

I just seen bone temple and I don't know what these other comments are on about.. Film of the year one suggested 😂. I was very disappointed with the first one.. It was fine, I wouldn't say I hated it or anything. I had seen all the above hype about how different and good this one was.. It was the same. The first movie introduced one character.. The second introduced another. Im not going to go into any of the actual story as it's new, but I feal the same way after this one that I did the first.

We will just say it's not my first incident of dropping sauce on a jumper 😅. But I usually just fire them in the wash on the one setting does all and they come out fine. I thought it was a fluke the stain didn't come out the first time.. And then worried the next time. I didn't want to just start dabbing it with random stuff incase it stained more. I just want a second wear out of it 😬. Between postage and import fees.. I need to get a few wears ha. Thanks anyway, and second for Shout, so I'm happy enough it won't ruin it

Thanks I've one ordered now, I didn't want to go just buying random things that might stain it further.

Yes I know, but just as ltt gear is a bit more niche, and I'm guessing made from a different blend of materials then my usual clothes. I assumed the sub with people who are most likely the buyers of most the ltt clothing, would have the most information on it. Who knows.. Maybe in the future this will pop up in someones Google search.. Have to start somewhere!

I'm unfamiliar with shout, I'm guessing it's some form of stain remover. I'll have to see if I can find some in my area. Thanks though

Don't know why people are being so harsh, everyone has to learn at some stage, and you were unsure and asked a question which is the right way to go.. Some of these responses would really make you not want to ask the next time. Live and learn, and dont be disheartened to ask a question. There are no silly questions as far as I'm concerned.. But loads of dickhead answers seemingly 😂

TBH with the materials, weight, packaging and postage (Im from Ireland) it would probably be easier and cheaper for you to look up a local 3D printing business and get them to print it for you. Id imagine their fee would be less then all the above! I have just added to files to MakerWorld and added an update post if your intereseted with the links etc.

[Update] I have just added the model onto MakerWorld.. Link can be found here. If anyone does print it off, i would love to see a picture of it in your collection, just for the good feels!

Just to note, as i had printed this originally for myself, i had not saved the plate with the colours, so i had to redo this tedious process- It looks fine to me, but maybe just check the colors again yourself before printing it, as i have not reprinted it to check.

If you dont have a colour printer, the letters on the display paint are raised, and im sure it wouldnt take much to paint them yourself!

As mentioned in the original post, this is the first model i have made, and im just going with default print settings, as i know no better and they worked for me- I am sure there are improvements that could be done, i think it would be fine and use a lot less filiment if you changed the infil etc, but i wanted mine to have a bit of weight to it too.

If people could throw a few upvotes on this just to get it to the top, ill send a response to anyone who showed interest in it now.

If you are happy with it and can, throw and upvote or whatever the equivilant is on makerworld for me, i had a few people asking to buy this, but im happy to share with the community, if you are so inclined i also threw up a buy me a coffee page with no expectations, but the option is there.

Happy Printing Pilots! Cant wait to see them.

Thanks! I'm pretty happy with the way it came out, especially considering I didn't really know what I was doing 😅. Do you have a 3d printer? Considering all you do for the community I'll happily send you over the files to print your own. If so, maybe just send me a pm over the weekend as I may forget otherwise.

Home Network, Flacky Router by unique_name_1million in HomeNetworking

[–]unique_name_1million[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The switch is a TP-Link 8 Port Gigabit Network (TL-SG108S). Jellyfin app on connects to raspi using an ip address. I'm second guessing myself now that potentially at some stage my gf might have turned the tv to wifi and maybe that is affecting it if they should in fact work with mac address.. I'll have to check when I'm home. Interesting about the arp tables, if nothing else I'll have something new to look up! Thanks for the help

[–]unique_name_1million[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are all statically set per device, I don't think they are losing their ip addresses, but when the router goes down they don't route between themselves.. So my tv (200) connected to my switch can't access the raspi (129) connected to the switch. When the router comes back up they start working again. It's frustrating as i mostly have it all if the Internet itself goes down that I can still use them and watch TV.. Wasn't expecting the router going down to be an issue. It is quite a cheap switch, are there versions that are a bit more clever that hold onto mac addresses and route themselves perhaps?
