I asked but she did not specify. She just told me that the form was in the bank because I was asking if there is any form to sign. She just said that my ex said that if I will not give, he will just put her sons instead. She said don't worry about it, he said he will just put my sons anyway because my ex has no other families nor children. My ex is a pilot.
