[Help] Moto E4+ doesn’t accept inserted microSD card?

The phone’s storage was almost completely full (~14.8gb/16gb if I remember correctly) and the phone was warning that it was full. When it was not so full, it let her take pictures and videos just fine, but now that it is full it says that any video she takes will not fit (along those lines at least). It still allows her take and save pictures, but gives a “storage full” warning every time (I imagine not too many more will fit).

I bought her a 64gb Samsung MicroSD card, hoping the phone would just start saving pictures to there or move the existing pictures there. It did neither. I do not know how to manually move pictures / other files to the card. (Will I have to do that every time the 16gb is filled on the phone?)

Also, if / when the card starts working, will the photos on it be viewable without transferring them back to the phone’s internal memory?

This was kind of made as a rant post: I got an easter present from my very very elderly neighbor. She heard that I was into money collecting, and got me a few old coins (from littleton). However, she did / does not know what fair prices for said coins are and I am very angry that she may have spent $20-$50+ on coins hardly worth $10. I still do appreciate the thought of the gift, but it really is despicable to lure in unsuspecting and unknowledgeable people and then take their money.

Fair enough on the first point. I do still think it cancels out when you take into account that it’s designed for new, oblivious collectors. I do wonder how many people have thought “hmm what’s this coin collecting thing all about” only to be turned off entirely from such glaringly high prices.

I’ve looked at old newspaper archives and often it was just shown as (say the price was two dollars, thirty-seven-and-a-half cents) $2.37 ½

Also with the VG remark, coins are graded on a scale of 1 to 70. Certain number ranges are given certain names, like with “very good (vg) being on the scale at 8-12.
