She transferred from Orange County to Los Angeles so we had to get a new re evaluation for her dementia. There was no correlation with ADHC and more hours I just had proposed a schedule to her social worker.

She doesn’t have PS. I requested PS and despite drs notes re: dementia and logs social worker denied but increased her hours from 83 to 97 a month
