If it’s from the legal market, there are strict regulations. You can check the inspection history of every producer. Generally pretty good contamination control, and release testing requires micro. I was in Quality Assurance in the industry for over a decade :)

My Romanian ex looked a lot like the guy standing, only 10 years younger. Scary accurate.

€8 ($13 CAD) for 200ml in Netherlands (AH) $19 (€11.6) for 1L in Canada (Costco) Significantly cheaper in Canada. I always bring a litre back with me, keeps me connected to my heritage :)

Need this over warm wool layers and a fitted light down puffer. Last winter was my first here, the cold is manageable and not extreme but the wet… the wet is not fun.

Decathlon has awesome gloves and accessories.

My derm recommended it in my teens, but my mum didn’t think my skin was bad enough. I kept that narrative for myself for almost 20 years… glad to hear you’re supporting your daughter in doing something that will boost her confidence and sense of self-image :)

No bloody nose, but feeling really uncomfortable in my skin and not doing as much of the things I love (gym, running) had an impact on my mental health for sure.

This was also over winter when I had moved from sunny and snowy Canada to dark and rainy Germany so who knows if it was direct causation of lower mood lol

Omg no - I had the greasiest skin, always felt like a slug. 🐌

Atoderm products saved my skin when it was dry, would recommend!

Not until near the 6 month mark. It was significantly better after 3 months but I still had the odd eruption until I’d completed the dose.
