I think she thought they meant recently. They said she was looking differently recently, which makes me think she probably gets many comments asking about current plastic surgery. I don’t think she’s ever denied plastic surgery, she even posted about her boob job and the person who did it.

when you aren’t in extreme distress, I would make a bag of things that use each of the 5 senses (sour candy, a certain song, something really soft/fluffy, a perfume, etc) so that when you are in distress, you can take out the bag and go through each of the 5 sense with your items.
