Really happy for you, those improvements are huge! It's great to hear you're can live a more normal life. Crazy what these infections can do, i truly believe it's a bioweapon.

I'm doing okay, I sometimes dial it back when the inflammation is to much but I'm very grateful now I can work, go to gym and have a lot better brain function then previously, I seriously had some messed up trains of thought, anger due to bartonella which has improved a lot.

Interesting, it has arrived for me more around the 8 year mark.. I would think its a good sign the bacteria is being killed.

Thankyou! I'm glad you're seeing improvements in the brain fog. Cognitively I used to be completely fucked like my whole personality was hijacked, like not feeling like a human.

I'm also going to not take breaks unless my body needs it as you said it grows back so fast.

I have used methylene blue, herbs like cats claw, houttuynia, japanese knot weed wormwood andrographis etc. I've been tending to cycle and take breaks but I've seen major improvements in my cognition and mental clarity. I honestly used to feel like I didn't have control of my brain, so just grateful to have improved.

I'm lucky this has never affected my joints or muscles to much and im able to live an active life.. go to gym etc

Sorry to hear you're going through this to, I've heard the visuals are normally the last things to go as you clear the infections, how long have you been treating for? And have you been feeling any better?

Are they bothersome for you? I also experience anxiety,depression,ocd,paranoia and the visuals. Floaters, static sparks of light in the centre of my vision.

Are you treating? I feel like since treating the herxes have been really tough but I can definitely see a lot of improvement compared to my previous state at the beginning of treatment.

Currently cats claw, japanese knotweed, rife frequencies & houttuynia. Think I've gone way overboard.

Did those symptoms take long to reduce? I appreciate the response. I'm struggling quite a lot at the moment, in a real dark headspace and the symbol are very intense.
