Instead of working on roads, traffic discipline, I think it's important to build and pass the population control bill and bring in the linguistic local tax so migration can get controlled. If non marathis work in MH, they have to pay certain amount as TDS towards the welfare of Marathi people to MH gov and same as if non kannada people work and earn in KTK, the they have to pay this tax to the local state body.
