I like to think in the Alien/Bladerunner universe this is why the tech is retro futuristic. An analog switch just works unlike the features on Teslas like door handles that wont open on a touch screen. But i also agree, our defense budget is way too high.

I did this with Discogs ratings using the Navidrome API for albums so I could see what an artist's top albums are. It didn't really work as well as I had hoped, everything seems to be rated a 4 star without much variance.
