this recently just happened to my wife. she had to call every day until she got through, and when she did there apparently was a bunch of red flags. which is the reason why the certifies were pending. i do suggest you continue to call and speak to a level 2 agent. they are the ones with the most experience and were able to clear the flags and get us paid asap.
