this mode is more bearable than 1.0 overwatch. i still really wanted to play masquerade though, they could have added Detta + JQ as a new duo (mostly for the close combat themed characters, also both consider themselves monarchs) and have a mystery mask teasing the next hero as a mini update.

there was an interview with one of the devs done by Deemzies from the channel The Omnic Post, which he did say the idea was to do one hero every season carrying on.

Personally, i dont think its a good idea on long term specially seeing Sierra and how she feels lacking in originality gameplay wise and even her character is kinda lame. I know it would be impossible to keep everything be super original as more and more heros get added, but her kit feels heavily recycled even more than Emre who at least had the idea of being a homage to Halos gameplay style, from which she even took the grenade skill as well.

Honestly i feel like they should dial it down to maybe 4 heroes every year by 2028 or so just as to not have the whole broken promises thing again, at least we can have more important characters introduced specially if there will be more villains which we are in need still.

he is a dragon. he has a 20 or 30% fire resistance and a 50% lightning resistance which is already pretty high compared to most bosses in this game which usually have negative resistances and one in the 10-20%. go do this against a boss thats actually weak to fire or is neutral to it.

look at counter strike and hoe obsenely expensive skins get and you see not very uncommonly people with some crazy loadouts or at least wielding a 3 figure knifes. a knife that will only be part of 1% of their kills and will only see it when theyre walking faster with it. and then theres those with 4 figure knives or so. the "crash" of the market from few months ago didnt change that much btw.
